Share your QR code from your profile page, or scan a friend's QR code to add them. You can also share invite links to challenges. Once connected, you can invite them to challenges.
How do I submit proof?
When you complete your challenge activity, go to the challenge details page and tap "Submit Proof". You can record a video or upload a photo for AI analysis. Make sure your proof clearly shows the activity (e.g., gym equipment, running route).
How does AI verification work?
We use OpenAI's Vision API to analyze your proof images. The AI checks for specific objects or environments (like gym equipment) to verify your activity. The system is designed for social accountability, not perfect accuracy. If verification fails, you can submit again or report the issue.
What happens if I fail a challenge?
If you fail a challenge, your status will be marked as "failed" and you can see your completion rate in your stats. Challenges are for accountability and building consistency with friends.
Can I cancel a challenge?
Challenges can only be cancelled before they start. Once active, you must complete or forfeit the challenge. If you need to pause due to illness or emergency, use the pause feature if available.
How are challenge winners determined?
Winners are determined by who completes the required activities most consistently throughout the challenge period. The system tracks your submissions and verifies them using AI. The participant with the highest completion rate wins.
What if I disagree with a challenge outcome?
If you believe there's an error in challenge scoring or AI verification, you can report it through the challenge details page. We review disputes on a case-by-case basis, but final decisions are at our discretion.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Account, then tap "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password. Make sure your new password is strong and unique.
How do I update my email address?
Go to Settings > Account, then tap "Edit Profile". You can update your email address there. You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Privacy, then tap "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, challenges, and history will be deleted. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
How do I export my data?

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Close and restart the app, 2) Update to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store, 3) Restart your device, 4) Clear the app cache (Android) or reinstall the app. If issues persist, report the bug with details about when it crashes.
I can't upload proof images. What's wrong?
Check that you've granted camera and photo library permissions in your device settings. Ensure you have sufficient storage space. Try using a smaller image or recording a shorter video. If problems continue, check your internet connection and try again.
AI verification keeps failing. What can I do?
Make sure your proof image clearly shows the activity (e.g., gym equipment, running environment). Ensure good lighting and avoid blurry images. Try submitting again with a clearer photo. If it continues to fail, you can report the issue for manual review.
I'm not receiving email notifications. How do I fix this?
Check your spam/junk folder. Verify your email address in Settings > Account. Ensure notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device settings. If issues persist, contact support.
How do I report a user for inappropriate behavior?
Go to the user's profile, tap the menu (three dots), and select "Report User". Choose the reason for reporting and provide details. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspensions, or account termination.
How do I block a user?
Go to the user's profile, tap the menu (three dots), and select "Block User". Blocked users cannot see your profile, send you challenges, or interact with you. You can unblock users from your settings.
Who can see my challenge data?
Your challenge data is visible to participants in the challenge and your friends. Public challenges may be visible to all users. Your profile information is visible to your friends. You can adjust privacy settings in your profile.
